1. How long is the order processing time?
We will process your order within 3 – 5 business day of receiving your order. In special circumstances, we will notify you by email.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we only deliver to the United States for the time being, we will consider opening delivery to other countries in the future, so stay tuned.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your destination, orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your payment. Delivery time is generally 5-8 days, delivery time may vary by region.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to COVID-19, customs clearance procedures, weather, region, traffic or any other unpredictable circumstances. If there are special circumstances, you will be notified by email.
4. Do I need to sign my order?
Yes, please help us sign for the package. Before signing for the package, please make sure that the package is in good condition and then sign for it. The default product is fine if you sign for it. If you are not available, our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule the delivery.
5. How do I track my order?
After your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

6. What should I do after the sale?
